This pass entitles you to any 10 (ten) online classes, including AM Strength Lab and/or any seasonal track workouts.

Personal Fitness Training
$60-80/session
One-on-one training sessions are offered in both private and online formats, lasting 55 minutes each. This allows for personalization based on individual needs and preferences. With some home gym equipment, you now have the flexibility to select your ideal environment.
The training approach is collaborative, focusing on injury prevention and functional strength enhancement. By assessing your specific goals and physical abilities, we create tailored workouts that encourage overall well-being and improve performance in daily activities. This customized training not only helps you build strength but also enhances mobility and endurance, contributing to a more active lifestyle.
Whether your objectives are to increase strength, boost athletic performance, or maintain physical health, one-on-one sessions provide the necessary education and support to effectively achieve your goals.
2C2S Signature Program - a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition…starting at $70/session
If you are:
Having trouble figuring out what to eat and when,
chronically inconsistent, even though you’re heart is in the right place,
struggling with what exercises to do in your workouts, or
having trouble deciding whether to do cardio or weights.
THIS is where we get results. My program is a holistic approach to fitness, nutrition, AND habit change, and embodies four critical components:
Conditioning - This includes all programming pertaining to your strength training, metabolic conditioning, and cardiovascular training. Conditioning is based on your short and long-term goals.
Consistency - Accountability is a must. You will be learning to structure yourself, working WITH your own schedule, and learning where you can place your self-care and fitness throughout each week.
Sustainable Nutrition - All nutrition builds on the foundations of the #Moderation365 philosophy. Once these tenets are in place, we can tailor your regimen to your goals (which can and will change over time), including lean muscle building or weight loss.
Strategic Recovery - Rest and recovery are just as important as your actual workouts. Without your flexibility and mobility programming, it is not IF, but WHEN, you become injured and sidetracked. We incorporate this into your programming to keep you strong and mobile, ready for what life throws at you.
