Workout with me…

I’ve been coaching MRT with Jess on Zoom since early 2018. Four and a half years later, we are still going strong, literally. MRT (Metabolic Resistance Training) is a method that integrates intense and effective cardiovascular and strength training. MRT works by maximizing your body’s energy systems through a combination of anaerobic and aerobic (cardio) exercise. As a result, calories are burned both during and after the workout, allowing for an extended period of calorie burn.

I have found that the greatest success comes with earlier morning workouts and CONSISTENCY. If you make it part of a morning makeover, you WILL see results.

The BENEFITS of MRT with Jess:

1️⃣ At 25-35 minutes, sessions are designed to optimize strength and cardiovascular benefits within the limited, valuable time you have available.

2️⃣ As your trainer, it’s my job to keep it FRESH for you and periodize accordingly. Mobility and flexibility programming are separate from class, but included in your class price.

3️⃣We don’t just work strength, we target and tackle agility, form, balance, and structural imbalances.  360° focus, as I like to say.

4️⃣I’ll keep you CONSISTENT to a workout plan. As I, and many others, have found, CONSISTENCY is where you’ll find results happen.

5️⃣ You will have completed your strength workout and gotten well on the road to your day by 7AM PDT.

6️⃣You only need some basic equipment. Ideally, dumbbells, a mat, a pull-up bar, and some mini-bands.

7️⃣There are countless other benefits, including protecting your crucial bone density, staying strong and functional for all endeavors and hobbies, and looking GRACEFUL and BETTER (instead of worse) with age.
