FAQ’s

  • What type of equipment will I require?

    We use a variety of dumbbells in almost every session. I typically use anywhere between 10-50# dumbbells during each session.

    We also use a box or step for active steps, jumps, hip, and floor work. A bench or mat would also be nice to have.

    A pull-up bar is also key for vertical pulls and some core work. I incorporate resistance bands for assistance.

    Mini-bands or booty bands are used weekly for strengthening and activation exercises.

  • You mention Flexibility and Mobility Programming?

    I encourage you to have a stretch strap, foam roller, and a massage ball, at the very least. You MUST incorporate this aspects, otherwise it is not IF, rather WHEN you will become injured.

    Our flexibility modalities keep us moving correctly, pain free, with improved range of motion for most joints.

    I will provide recovery programming for you to do in your down time.

  • Can I run, walk, hike, or cycle in addition to this program?

    Heck yes. However, if you are training heavily for an event, you may have to lessen your MRT schedule so that you do NOT overtrain.
